Pumpkin Jack is a Spooky Scary 3D platformer in which you embody Jack, the Mythical Pumpkin Lord! Dive into an Epic Adventure through otherworldly landscapes and help the Evil annihilate the Good!
During my first year's internship, I had the opportunity to work on Pumpkin Jack, especially on Game Design Documentation and communication with publishers.
At the time, Pumpkin Jack was in an advanced stage of developpement. However, Nicolas Meyssonnier the game's creator, was looking for finances and potential publishers were asking for a precise and detailled documentation of the game. Thats is when in I came to help.

During my internship I realised a Game Design Document based on the Game design that was defined at that stage and detailling the gameflow of the current demo at that time. Moreover, I worked on Pumpkin Jack's Square Enix Collective application.

The internship was my first work from home experience. I had to learn to develop a regular work schedule on my own which made the internship seem more like a freelance mission more than a classic internship.
However that experience helped me a lot when the Covid 19 crisis occured a year later as I was able to quickly adapt and overcome the difficulties of working from home on projects while following school courses at the same time.
